What you need to do in this role

  • You will have a proven track record in leading and developing large high-performing teams, with a strong background in operational delivery that aligns with strategic goals. Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills are essential, with the ability to communicate effectively and influence at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Resilience under pressure and a commitment to adopting a collaborative, "one team" culture across all departments are key. Evidence of process improvement will further support success in this role. Outstanding organisational, administrative, and presentation skills are required, alongside the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You speak French imperatively.
  • As always, experience in aviation is helpful but the understanding of managing large teams and implementing positive change is crucial for this role.

 

Location & Hours of Work

 

This is a full-time role and will be 35 hours per week based at Charles De Gaulle (CDG).

This position requires availability for Network travels when required. You will benefit from 12 additional leave days as per the FR law (RTT).
